Jako usługodawcy na mocy § 7 ust. 1 niemieckiej ustawy o telemediach (TMG) odpowiadamy za treści zamieszczane na niniejszych stronach internetowych w myśl ogólnie obowiązujących przepisów. Nie narusza to zobowiązania do usunięcia lub zablokowania możliwości korzystania z takich informacji na podstawie ogólnych przepisów prawa. Odpowiedzialność cywilna w takich przypadkach obowiązuje dopiero od chwili uzyskania wiedzy o konkretnym naruszeniu prawa. Treści takie będą natychmiast usuwane po otrzymaniu przez nas informacji o nich.
